Con G ‘10 in Pictures

Anime fans in the region once again got to experience the joys of having a con (short for convention) close to home with the second installment of Con G. The now annual festival began last year to take advantage of the typically conventionless winter months while holding a function for fans that didn’t require a weekend stay in Toronto.

After a highly successful first year, an expanded Con G unfurled at the Best Western (formally the Ramada) at Stone Rd and Gordon St in Guelph. Below are some of the highlights of the costumes, the workshops and the activities that made the second year of Con G fun for the anime fan and the anime curious alike.

These costumes are really good!! They are almost better than the ones at the national Fan Expo with a demographic 100’s of times larger.

    Cudos to the Anime fans.
